Feeling sorry for yourself is… a good thing?

It’s ok to feel bad.

In fact, you should feel bad sometimes.

It’s often a sign that, deep down, you are not living up to your potential.

Here’s a question to ask yourself:

If you give your full effort to what matters most to you-your family life, work, training, and recovery-would you be better for it?

The answer is absolutely yes.

So, take control of what you can.

Dial in the aspects of your life you want to prioritize.

For the younger guys – you may be juggling school, work, and training.

For the older guys – you may have even more to juggle.

Take this as an opportunity to control what you can and be your best.

Give yourself the satisfaction of knowing you did your best.

Go crush this week.
